H-man, I was just thinking along those lines about a month ago. I was in the process of burning my first CD. No matter that it was only 6 songs, it was all my stuff, everything was (mostly) done by me. I had just partaken of some herbal medicine prior to starting the burn. All I had to do was sit back and let the technology take over and (hopefully) finish the job. It was a great feeling of accomplishment that I really wanted to share with the rest of you, but thought "Nah, who cares?". Then I saw your post. Thanks for the opportunity to express this. "Create CD" YYYYYOWWWWWWWZZZZZAHHHHH!

Er, yes, unfortunately, a little more than the CD was burning that evening... Recently, one of our (Canadian) government officials was asked if he'd ever smoked pot before. His reply must be a reflection of the changing times: "Of course I did!" Everything in moderation.
Yo, nugga, good on ya! My music setup is strictly for my own use at the present time, but recently I engineered a song for my niece. She was very happy with it and paid me a pretty penny for it too. I mean, that's exactly what she paid me- one polished up 1-cent coin. She is, after all, but nine years old. I have that penny up on the wall. Now I can say I'm a "Professional Recording Engineer"!
